Chris graduated from his master's level counselling program in 2014. After graduating, Chris worked with young adults on the Autism Spectrum to hone their life skills. Chris has worked full-time as a counsellor since 2018. For the last four and half years, Chris has been providing Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) in a non-profit setting.

Chris specializes in CBT for various issues like anxiety and depression. He also focuses on providing Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to people with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Additionally, he practices Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
